Irving Zisman (Johnny Knoxville) has just lost his wife and is now a free man. Well except for the fact the is daughter is now going back to jail for doing drugs. So she decides to ditch her son Billy ( Jackson Nicoll) onto Irving with the mission of getting Billy to his father. And so ensues all kinds of pranks…..
This movie had me laughing I would say 80 to 90% of the time. I am not a die hard follower of Jackass, I did watch a few of their episodes when it was on TV and I did watch most of their movies. These guys come up with some of the most over the top pranks and stupid stunts out there.
Jackson Nicoll the kid who plays Billy is amazing for a kid his age. He opens the movie pretty much and he had me laughing within his first few lines.
Johnny Knoxville goes through some ups and downs though. There are times when you can tell its his voice which isn’t a bad things because i am sure most of the people that he is pranking don’t recognize Knoxville or his voice.
And stay through out the credits cause they show some of the reveal scenes and it is funny as hell watching the people realize that it is a movie being filmed.
If you are a Jackass fan or love these types of movies than you must see it! If you aren’t down with the dumb comedy or stupid pranks on people than stay away cause you are not going to like it.
