So, I really don’t need to rehash verbatim what went on during the Q&A.  Luckily, if you want to see every word that was spoken, TheOneRing.net transcribed the Q&A in its entirety.

Anderson Cooper started things off in New York, introducing Orlando Bloom (Legolas) and Richard Armitage (Thorin) before calling upon Edith Bowman in London.  She introduced Luke Evans (Bard), Lee Pace (Thranduil), and Andy Serkis (formerly, Gollum/Smeagol, and the second unit director of The Hobbit trilogy) along with all of the excited fans in London. Anderson then looks to Los Angeles where Entertainment Weekly’s Anthony Breznican is standing by with Evangeline Lilly (Tauriel). “Don’t hate… don’t hate,” Evangeline said, and, according to Anthony, she’s threatened to kick the ass of anyone in LA who doesn’t like her character.  Good girl. Right off the bat, you can’t not like her; she’s beautiful, and intimidating, AND speaks Elvish—try to find a nerd who can stand up to all of that.  Sorry, guys; she’s awesome.  Then, everyone starts geek-ing out when Anderson introduces Jed Brophy (Nori) who is live from Wellington, New Zealand with Peter Jackson.
